Really loved my visit to the Kenwood house. The volunteers were nice and informative. There was also a short lecture about a painting in the house. I am very pleased that I went and visited the house.

Lovely and secluded, quiet and somehow within sight of London CBD. A beautiful landscape with ancient trees and a beautiful old house. And then the incredible art collection!

You’ll likely spend 1 - 1.5hrs here and there’s just enough to keep it interesting without it becoming boring. Special shout out to all the staff who were super welcoming and friendly! Definitely worth a visit, ideally combined with a walk in the beautiful park…

Always a fabulous walk to try and surrounded by beautiful nature. Love the direct route from Hampstead Lane onto the Heath - found my bearings this time and was easy to navigate around 😀

Kenwood is fantastic, BUT the signs everywhere on site and online, say the cafe is open until 16:00. In fact they don't allow anyone in from 15:30. Why is this not indicated? Why are they misleading?
Other signs for access to the house show "closing time" and "last entry", but this is not the case for the cafe.

This is a very nice place with lovely paintings and decorates. Happy to ever be there during summer holiday. You also can take a bus to arrive.

Kenwood House is free and a very pleasant stop for the walk in Hampstead Heath. Many Earl of Mansfield’s art collection are exhibited here. What impresses me the most is the library. The design is classic and the colors are very modern, pink and baby blue, the color of Albert’s bridge.
It takes about 1 hour to finish the tour. The volunteers are nice and welcome. The toilet is clean.
